Funding – Help us make Scoop Media sustainable

As a special project and because of the importance of Scoop Media to New Zealand’s media scene all donations to Public Good, until the end of February 2015, will be forwarded to Scoop Media to support the Operation Chrysalis project ensuring Scoop’s sustainability and ongoing development
Can you help with this?

To make a one-off payment you can use the Give a Little link below.   Payments directly to the Public Good bank account will also be forwarded to Scoop’s Operation Chrysalis project.

Like all volunteer organisations we need money to operate.  With the donations we have already received we have had some calling cards printed, hosted and operated our website, employed a facilitator / comms expert to help us pull together our ‘organisational personality’ and commissioned Auckland artist Fraser Williamson to design our Koru logo.

If you make a donation these are the kinds of things it will be used for as well as:

  • Taking the public good message to conferences  and events around New Zealand
  • Helping us develop and maintain the website
  • Designing posters and other materials for our Democracy, Ethics and the Public Good conference.
  • Making recording of our August 1 and 2 conference that we can put online.
  • Building our network of advisors and funding the conference calls we hold to decide on our approach to press work.
  • Printed leaflets to take to public meetings and events
  • Making a donation to Loomio for the use of their decision making software.

We’d love you to make a one-off payment or even better a regular donation to help us grow..
